For the set-up of measuring stations we offer full service from the first conception to design, supply, installation, initial start up, maintenance and training. An optimised service catalogue is planned and offered to meet your demands1. Workshops and product training
Training: T4 Tensiometer handling
It is our aim that you get the proper instrumentation for your tasks, that you can work perfectly with your system, and that you are satisfied with it. Therefore, we offer workshops as well as individual training for our products. We will show you how to handle, maintain or calibrate your instruments and how to validate and interpret your data.
2. Your inquires - our consultancy
We are pleased to answer your inquiries - if it is a low-cost sensor or a high-end system. Depending on the your target we will select the proper instrumentation and make you an detailed offer.
3. Ordering and delivery
Every order is handled by the same contact person, who will take care a correct and fast delivery - a part of our quality assurance system.
4. Installation & maintenance
„The complete is more than just the sum of parts“ - an important guideline when sensors, loggers and sampling instruments are synchronised in one system which must work reliably over many years. Our engineers are availble for the pre-installation and test run of your system in Munich.
5. Warranty & repair
A 12 month warranty is valid for all our products. For the T4 and T8 Tensiometer cups we offer a lifetime warranty: if a cup breaks, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Any repair will be handled as quick as possible. Please contact us or your local dealer for support.
6. Maintenance & calibration
Systems must operate continuously and reliable, but any instrumentation can only work as good as it is maintained. Many failures can be avoided by correct maintenance. In dependence of the required accuracy sensors and loggers need to be checked and calibrated regularly. Please contact us or your local dealer for our calibration service.
